Grand Cru Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs
Clé Cachée Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs is a pure expression of Grand Cru Chardonnay from Avize, crafted with intention and restraint. With less than one gram of sugar per glass, it opens with delicate floral notes of honeysuckle and white flowers, followed by bright citrus zest, golden apple, and a focused chalky minerality. Subtle hints of toasted brioche and almond add depth, while a creamy, refined texture and crisp acidity lead into a long, clean, and precise finish.

Grand Cru Roots
Clé Cachée begins in the Grand Cru village of Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, one of the world’s most revered regions for Chardonnay. Here, chalk rich soils shape a Blanc de Blancs of natural brightness, refined texture, and focused minerality, giving the wine its signature precision and elegance. This is the origin of our Grand Cru Extra Brut.
The
Process
Clé Cachée is crafted using the traditional method and aged in the chalk cellars of Avize to develop balance, texture, and depth. The wine spends over a year on its lees, creating a smooth, refined mousse and a creamy yet precise mouthfeel. A low dosage allows the Grand Cru Chardonnay to shine with clarity, structure, and natural elegance.
